what are you giving away and 1 day ban is abit steep maybe like 2 warnings then the ban?

If you are warned, you should stop. if you can't handle not posting spam posts saying "hi how are you" which doesn't need to be posted , then you will have a 1 day suspension, possibly depending of the offense, I said possibly not deffietly.
